Crescendo Capital Partners is pleased to announce its investment in Statewide, a leading professional restoration contractor specializing in the residential fire disaster recovery market.

Los Angeles, CA, — Crescendo Capital Partners, LLC (“Crescendo”) is pleased to announce its investment in Statewide Restoration, Inc. and Domus Construction, Inc. (together, “Statewide” or the “Company”), a leading professional restoration contractor specializing in the residential fire disaster recovery market. Crescendo and RF Investment Partners (“RF”) provided equity, while RF also provided debt financing. Management retains a significant equity position in Statewide.

Founded in 2008, with locations in Sacramento, Portland and Seattle, Statewide is uniquely focused on helping fire victims recover from an emotional personal disaster. Because Statewide is not a “preferred partner” of insurance companies, the Company focuses on fire victims’ interests. The Company provides a highly professional approach and a one-stop service, enabling a simplified, seamless recovery process.

“After spending time with the Crescendo and RF teams, we were convinced they were the right partners for Statewide,” said Maksim Yurtsan (“Max”), founder and CEO. “We are confident they have the expertise to help us build infrastructure, identify efficiencies, and identify and execute on growth opportunities which will enable Statewide to achieve scalable growth. Further, we trust Crescendo will help us achieve this growth while retaining our core culture, which is critical to us and our organization.”

We are extremely excited to partner with Max, Valentin Kutsar (President), Yuriy Frolov and the entire Statewide team. We are backing an impressive management team that has developed a homeowner-centric culture, unmatched in the industry, dedicated to empathy and excellence. We are eager to capitalize on the embedded organic growth opportunities and to assist with the Company’s expansion into adjacent geographies. CL Turner, III / Founding Partner at Crescendo
